Blues take on Ipswich

Alex McLeish sends his side out against Ipswich Town tonight looking for a third consecutive victory.

The boss has decisions to make has to who plays up front with Kevin Phillips coming of the bench to net a brace against Swansea on Friday and Marcus Bent grabbing his first goal for the club.

James McFadden will also be looking for a start after he began in the same game.
Meanwhile Nigel Quashie is available after Blues extended his loan from West Ham until December 28th.

Quashie missed Friday's 3-2 victory at Swansea because he was suspended after picking up two yellow cards in the game against Charlton Athletic.

Captain Damien Johnson (back), striker Garry O'Connor (groin), full-backs Stuart Parnaby (hamstring) Stephen Kelly (thigh) and winger Gary McSheffrey (knee) are all making good progress but it looks like being too soon for them to be picked.
