No swoop for Czech duo

Birmingham boss Alex McLeish won`t be making a move for Czech pair Milan Misun and Antonin Fantis.

There have been stories linking McLeish with a double swoop for the pair who are currently on trial with Celtic, but the Blues boss is more interested in players who can make a difference to the squad now, not players for the future.

McLeish said: 'My concerns are more with what's happening a first-team level.

'We have our targets and our visions for this season and [as for] bringing young kids in, I might not be here to see them come to fruition.

''So I am concentrating more on players I know can do the business for Birmingham City this season and get us back in the Premier League. So the road is clear for Celtic.'
