Charlton looking at Jaidi

Former Birmingham defender Radhi Jaidi is attracting the interest of Charlton boss Phil Parkinson.

The 33-year-old left St Andrews in the summer after his contract was not renewed.
And with Jon Fortune going off for a trial at Sheffield United, Parkinson is desperate for cover at centre-back.

"Defensively we need three centre-backs and a utility-type player," said Parkinson.

"Any centre-half who`s available we`ll be speaking to, but we`ve got to be in a position to get those deals over the finishing line.

"I`ve spoken to Radhi`s agent but it hasn`t gone any further than that."
