McLeish's Job Is Not Wanted By McManaman

Birmingham boss Alex McLeish has been assured of his future when Carson Yeung completes his takeover of the club.

Yeung's company Grandtop International Holdings has Steve McManaman as an executive director and this has started all sorts of speculation and rumour about him stepping in as manager of Blues.

But a source close to Yeung said: 'Mr Yeung is happy to have Alex McLeish as manager and he should not think of Steve as any sort of threat.'
