'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Queudrue Expects A Humdinger Against Villa

Blues defender Franck Queudrue is predicting an incident packed game when Birmingham take on Villa at the weekend in the second City derby.

The man in charge of the game is referee Howard Webb and he will have his work cut out according to the City stopper.

And what adds that little bit extra spice to the game is the fact that Villa have won the last two meetings between the clubs, the last result being an humiliating 5-1 reverse, and the Villa fans never shut up about it.

'We all know exactly how the fans feel about this,' Queudrue told the Birmingham Mail.

'They're on at us all the time about beating Villa, and it`s certainly our biggest game of the season.

'You can talk about Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool coming to St Andrew's but no, this game is more important.

'The fans have passion for it and as players you must have that passion too - and we have.

'It's about who wins the duels, the single battles, without being silly of course, in a good way. That's who will get the game.

'But the referee is going to have a tough job, he could have a problem keeping 11 on the pitch from us and them!'
