Hart Gives Thumbs Up To Foster

Goalkeeper Joe Hart has said that he fully expects Ben Foster to be able to carry on where he left off in goal for Birmingham City.

Hart has gone back to Manchester City although he did admit that he would have loved to have stayed with the Blues.

But he believes that in Foster, City would have a very good keeper on their hands for the new season.

Hart said: 'I think Ben will do it easily (follow me). He is a fantastic keeper.

'Ben has had some harsh criticism at Manchester United this season but, if he does turn out to be the Birmingham keeper next season, he will do a good job.'

I've seen them both play and I certainly wouldn't bet on it. Foster is nowhere near as good a keeper as Joe Hart!
