Blues In For Konchesky?

Blues In For Konchesky?

There are reports this morning that Birmingham City have made a move to try and bring Fulham left-back Paul Konchesky to the club.

Sky Sports News reports that Alex McLeish is looking to strengthen his side at the back and has long been an admirer of the 29 year old.

Konchesky has been with Fulham since he joined from West Ham United in 2007 and has been a key member of the side that reached the Europa Cup final.

Not sure about this one, if he's so good why is he still at Fulham?

Dont like to argue but I would say that he is one of the better defenders in the prem and would be a good signing for us. Bet the offer wont be enough though, everyone knows we have a bit of wonga to spend

honestly after watching both over the season, i'd take shorey over konch, but he's good enough... there's not really a truckload of good leftbacks for the taking...
