Blues Ban Annoying Noise

Birmingham City, Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham have all banned vuvuzelas from their stadiums this up and coming season.

Good news for fans like me who don`t want to have to appear in court to answer charges of shoving one up a user`s arse.

Not only that, the dreaded things spoil the atmosphere at the grounds by drowning out traditional chants from the fans.

All four clubs have moved to ban the horn ahead of the new campaign - claiming they posed a safety risk.

Blues issued a statement on their official website reading: 'Blues can confirm that supporters will not be allowed to bring vuvuzelas into St. Andrew's on matchdays.

'The club took into account feedback from both supporters and relevant bodies such as the Safety Advisory Committee and have made the decision on health and safety grounds.

'An overwhelming majority of Blues supporters said they didn't want vuvuzelas to be allowed at St. Andrew's.'
