Hleb Joins Birmingham On One Year Loan Deal

Birmingham City have pulled off a good deal by getting Alexander Hleb on a one-year loan deal from Barcelona.

The ex-Arsenal man has not been getting regular football at the Nou Camp and spent last season on loan at Stuttgart.

Hleb was one of the hottest properties in English football before his move to Barca, one of Arsenal`s top players in the three seasons he was there, knocking up 89 appearances and scoring seven goals.

Hleb moved to Barcelona for a fee of £15 million.
