Talks Begin Again With Seb

Birmingham have begun talks with midfielder Sebastian Larsson over a new contract at St Andrews.

The 25-year-old moved to Birmingham in 2007 for a cool 1 million, he has weighed in with 20 goals and set many up in his 170 odd games so far.

Blues want to keep Larsson and by getting him signed up as soon as possible means he won`t be tempted to sign a pre contract agreement with a foreign club in January.

'It's obvious that the club want to know what will happen and I also want to know,' Larsson told Expressen.

'We are negotiating again. We will see if we can find a solution because I have got six months left on my contract in January.'
