'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Backroom Staff Shakeup

Steve Bruce is hoping to add a face or two to the backroom staff following the removal of Terry Bullivant as a cost cutting measure and the shock resignation of John Benson.

Initial reports on the subject link former Blues favourite Mick Harford and Phil Brown.

Bullivant left following our relegation, but general manager John Benson's departure was an unexpected shock. Benson has since rejoined Wigan.

'We do look a bit threadbare in terms of staff.

'Unfortunately, we had to let Terry go due to financial implications.

'But Benno's decision came out of the blue and now I'm hoping that I can bring someone in,' said Bruce.
