Newcastle Have Permission To Talk To Larsson

Birmingham manager Alex McLeish has confirmed that Newcastle United have been given permission to talk to Sebastian Larsson.

Larsson will be out of contract at the end of the season and Blues were hoping to get him to sign a new deal with the club.

But the 25 year old wants to explore his other options which has alerted the Magpies to the situation. However, they will face stiff competition to land the player.
