Craig Gardner says that Birmingham City should be safe if they could get another win and a draw before the season is over.
With just for games left to play, City will be targeting the home fixtures against Wolves and Fulham to produce the points from, making it more or less a must win game on Sunday against Mick McCarthy`s side.
Newcastle and Tottenham are the destinations that Blues have still to go and it would be fair to say that a win at either of the two would be very unlikely.
City go into Sunday`s clash while trying to put a 5-0 hammering at Liverpool behind them, a result which would not have done the confidence much good, and it won`t help that Wolves are absolutely desperate for the points themselves.
But Gardner remains optimistic and said to Sky Sports: 'We still need another win and a draw. We've just got to put this (Liverpool defeat) behind us now and move to the next game.
'We've got a huge game at home to Wolves next week, so we'll just try to move on to that now.'
