'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bentley Strop Nothing To Worry About

Alex McLeish played down David Bentleys reaction to being named on the bench for the game against Wolves on Sunday.

McLeish said that he was under the impression that Bentley had stormed off early at the news that he had not made the starting 11, but he understood why he was frustrated.

And it looks like no action will be taken against the midfielder and he still has a part to play in City`s remaining games.

McLeish said: 'He will not be the first one. I think it happens at every club.

'It is not something I will lose sleep over. I understand players' disappointment.

'The other guys who have left before have come back in for training the next day.

'They don't stay away forever. David was disappointed to be left out but I am sure we will see him tomorrow for training.'
