'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Pannu: No Cheap Players Available.

Blues chairman Peter Pannu says that there will be no exodus of star players on the cheap from St Andrews.

Birmingham`s drop into the Championship means a downturn of around £25 million for next season but that does not mean that top players will be leaving on the cheap as the vultures start to circle.

Pannu points out that players such as Roger Johnson, Ben Foster, Scott Dann, Nikola Zigic and Craig Gardner will stay at St Andrew's unless a suitable offer is received.

He said: 'If someone offers £3 million for one of our top players, they will be told 'forget it'.

'If someone offers £10 million, £15 million, then we are more likely to think about it - but nothing is cast in stone.

'It is too early really to talk about this sort of thing.'

I think both Johnson and Danns are worth between 4-8 million each , No suprise that when one got injured they went to pieces at the back , Id like Wolves to make a move for Johnson if not Danns too , Although my number 1 target id love to see at Wolves is Bougherra from Rangers who i think is on a free if sources are correct , Sorry to see you go Blues , Its a derby at the end of the day but your manager is useless and your ground is pathetic so maybe im not sorry to see you go hahaha

None of the players are worth anything near that. It'll be funny if he holds out for that sort of money and has to keep an unhappy set of players on their current wages... agree with oddjob - their ground is absolutely pathetic but they can't even fill that every week in the prem. I can actually see Birmingham fighting relegation in the champiosnship within the next 3 seasons. Carson Yeung hahahaha what a leader he is!!
