Blues Land Burke

Birmingham have completed their first signing since being relegated from the Barclays Premier League and landed winger Chris Burke.

The Scottish international arrives on a free transfer and has signed a deal for the next two years.

The 27 year old has previously played for McLeish before when they were both at Rangers.

He joined Cardiff midway through the 2008-09 campaign but has now left the club after failing to agree a new contract.

being honest i must say that i like this signing

the first signing of probably not to many to be fair. A decent signing though good experience in the championship still only 27 and what he lacks in seb larrsons quality of delivery he will more than make up for with pace and trickery. With the never ending cloud of financial problems/administration not going away, the order of the day will be bosmans and free transfers, however this signing is not a bad start. K.R.O
