Villa Fan's Internet Snub for McLeish

Villa Fan's Internet Snub for McLeish

Following all the excitement of the last few days, well maybe that's the wrong word for it, shall we say shock and anger of the last few days Vile fans have gone nothing short of crazy over Randy's latest plans for the hot seat down the road.

Blues fans have turned out to show their disgust at McLeish`s actions by even joining the groups on Facebook and twitter that have been created by Villa supporters in protest.

I would say that Alex loyalties lie with his family and himself, to do his best in life for them, if joining Aston Villa does that then so be it. BUT, is being a football manager a normal job? Do thousands of people pay money to watch a builder put up a wall?

Football is something else and should of being handled accordingly, so for that reason here is the facebook and twitter account of what I've found to be the anti-McLeish leaders thus far

We don't want him. If he wasn't good enough for you, he ain't good enough for us. I also think he's shown a lot of disregard for a club and fans who have stuck by him despite relegation. Doesn't bode well for anyone else IMO. Good luck in your search for a new manager, guess now you have some idea of the insane pantomime we've been subjected to :(

Think winning the milkyway cup and getting relegated is an insane pantomime in itself. lol

Think the idea of McLeish joining you is ludicrous. He would be reviled by both sets of fans. That said your minds could be changed if he did a great job. Don't like his style of play though.

I'm finding this all a bit surreal. Funny in a warped way. Thank goodness for the Brummie sense of humour.
