Potters Want Scott Dann

Potters Want Scott Dann

There are reports today that say Stoke City have opened talks with Birmingham over the potential sale of Scott Dann.

The Potters have, it is claimed put in an offer of £12million for the centre-half which would be a record amount for the Premier League outfit.

Stoke of course face competition for the highly rated defender with the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal both having strong links to the player.

It is also thought that Alex McLeish would want Dann to take him to Aston Villa now that he has officially been named their new manager.

All are bigger clubs than Stoke, but it`s the Potteries outfit who have been the first to show their hand.
