Young Hungry Players Not Oldies!

It has been confirmed by Bolton manager Big Sam Allardyce that Wanderer's defender Radhi Jaidi is in the early stages of talks with Birmingham City.

Looks like Jaidi could follow N'Gotty to St Andrews. Big Sam told Sky Sports News that the 30-year-old Tunisian defender is having talks:

'There are talks on for Radhi at the moment. They“re in their infancy, so we may see how that develops.'

Should see some action now with the sales of Emile Heskey and Jermaine Pennant meaning the Blues board have some money burning holes in their pockets. Mind you, I'd rather see a continuation of the early transfer policy of bringing in young hungry players to Birmingham.

I think you need a few old heads in the side, maybe maximum of 3, with the rest as young hopefuls.. N'Gotty and Jaidi could make a nice solid backline. Not sure about the supposed interest in Sutton again tho..
