Blues Land Spanish Defender

Spanish defender Pablo Ibanez has joined Birmingham City for an undisclosed fee from West Brom late last night.

The 30-year-old former Atletico Madrid player has signed a two-year deal with the npower Championship club.

Ibanez joined the Baggies in 2010 and played 14 times last season, scoring twice.
