How Optimistic Are You?

Birmingham City kick off the season in the Championship against newly-promoted Colchester United on Saturday.

Bruce said: 'I have been delighted with how our pre-season has gone but I know we need to get off to a decent start.'

'This year this division is the toughest of the lot. I could tell you who will be in the top five or six in the Premiership but I bet no-one could do the same in the Championship. That is how difficult it is but we are prepared for it. We are quietly optimistic we can mount a challenge.'

So he is quietly optimistic. Are you? Our latest poll asks that very question, and why not join up and have your say in article comments or have a chat in the forum. Come on, we don't bite. Well, I don't, Blackeye might.
