No Stephen Carr Against Brugge

No Stephen Carr Against Brugge

Birmingham will be without captain Stephen Carr for the Group H clash with Brugge at the Jan Breydel Stadium tonight.

Carr has been suffering with a knee problem since the weekend`s Championship win over Leicester City at St Andrews. Getting ready to step into his place will be Jonathan Spector who is able to cover that position.

Otherwise, it is just minor concerns that Hughton has ahead of this game and he won`t be picking his side until the last minute because of late tests.

Curtis Davies (knee) has travelled with the squad but will not be risked, while midfielder Jordon Mutch (ankle) is continuing his recovery.

Birmingham (from): Myhill, Doyle, Murphy, Caldwell, Ridgewell, Ibanez, Davies, Burke, Beausejour, Gomis, Fahey, Redmond, Spector, N'daw, Elliott, King, Rooney, Zigic, Asante, Wood.
