Dull Game With Brighton Ends 0-0

Dull Game With Brighton Ends 0-0

Birmingham missed out on the chance of making it seven straight wins after a dull 0-0 draw with Brighton at St Andrews.

The bore draw had very few scoring chances with the home side failing to make the Brighton keeper Steve Harper make one serious save, but it did extend Blues unbeaten run to eight games.

Brighton, on the other hand, have just one win in nine. Craig Mackail-Smith went the closest for the visitors when he fired just off target in the second half.

The nearest Blues came to scoring was in the opening 45 when Marlon King went just wide of the post.
