Akwasi Goes Out To Sixfields

Akwasi Goes Out To Sixfields

Northampton Town have taken Birmingham City youngster Akwasi Asante on loan.

The 19 year old is in need of games under his belt according to manager Chris Hughton and Northampton will provide him with just that.

Hughton told the Birmingham Mail:"Not only to play games elsewhere, but you sample a different environment, you have to man up, grow up.

'It will be good for Akwasi`s development.

"He is a talent, no doubt about that. He`s gone for our benefit here at the club."
