Blues Pair Best Of The Month.

Birmingham City have been awarded both the manager and player of the month awards.

Chris Hughton is top manager for February, he steered his side to four victories and a draw out of the five played. Blues are still on that run with the unbeaten tally now has reached 12 games.

Not only did City win four of the games, they score ten goals in just two of those by travelling to Millwall and Leeds and hitting six and four respectively.

Picking up the Player of the Month award is centre-back Curtis Davies who has been a king-pin at the heart of a Blues defence that conceded just three goals during the month.

Davies also weighed in with a couple of goals in the 3-0 win over Watford and he also netted during the rout at the Den.
