Burke Enjoying His Time With Blues

Chris Burke has been giving Birmingham City some praise for letting him do his own thing in a Blues shirt.

And it shows that it is the right thing to do with the player netting 14 times this season and being credited for 18 assists.

Even so, there is a good chance that Burke may be rested by Chris Hughton for the final game of the season so that he is fresh for the play-offs.

Burke said "Credit to Paul Trollope. We go out after training and have shooting practice, just working on that and on my game in different areas.

"This season I`ve scored a lot of left-foot goals, I`ve worked with Paul on that as well.

"But it`s just everybody believing in me as well. The manager and the team, giving me licence to go into positions where I can get the opportunity to shoot."
