Ramage Has Boots, Will Play

Ramage Has Boots, Will Play

Peter Ramage says that he wouldn`t mind coming to St Andrews after he had a successful loan spell there. …. Or Crystal Palace.

The 28 year old defender has been released by Queens Park Rangers, he was with the Eagles early in the season and then had a spell at Birmingham for the final two months.

Ramage is now on the look-out for a club and he wouldn`t mind plying his trade either in London or in the Midlands.

He told Sky Sports: 'I had two great spells at two great clubs and really enjoyed my football over the course of the season. I played a lot more matches than I thought I would at the start of the season, with just under 40 games in total.'

Ramage added: 'I hope I did myself justice and enough to be in consideration, but I'm not expecting anything to happen soon. I'm just trying to enjoy my summer with a lot of things going on personally as I'm getting married in a couple of weeks. I'm open to all options, though, and excited to see what happens as the summer progresses.'
