Clark Foresees No Departures

Lee Clark is not expecting any more Birmingham City players to leave the club before the start of the new season.

In fact, he says that just the opposite will be happening as he searches for a couple of signings of his own.

Chelsea defender Ben Gordon could join the club at any time as negotiations go on to try and sort out a deal.

The Blues boss is happy that former boss Chris Hughton has been out and got Robert Snodgrass and Michael Turner to go to Norwich as he says that could keep the ex-manager from making a move for Chris Burke or Curtis Davies

"I am quite cool, relaxed about it," Clark told the Birmingham Mail.

"I am not concerned in any way, shape or form. The lads are fine, they are all working extremely hard and we`re not fielding any inquiries. So we`re happy."

He added: "In terms of any players coming in, possibly one more, yes."
