Blues Looking To Take Morrison On Loan

Blues Looking To Take Morrison On Loan

West Ham youngster Ravel Morrison is poised to join Birmingham on loan according to reports.

The 19 year old got out of Old Trafford and he went to West Ham United in search of first team football even though at Manchester he was tipped to be a big star of the future.

But his dreams have not come true and since joining the Upton Park outfit he has only made one substitute appearance when he came on late in the game against Leeds United.

Now that the Hammers are back in the Premier League, there is little chance of Morrison getting into the side as he is now well down the pecking order so boss Sam Allardyce believes that a loan period would no doubt help the player.

And that's where Sky Sports believe Birmingham come in, but to get their man they must fight off the advances of a number of other Championship clubs.
