'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Clark Explains Why He Signed Morrison

Birmingham manager Lee Clark has spoken out about his reasoning behind bringing bad boy Ravel Morrison to St Andrews.

The midfielder has joined Blues on a season long loan and is looking to get games under his belt after no being able to make the breakthrough at West Ham.

The former Manchester United trainee has not been the best behaved youngster in his past, but Clark is confident he can turn him into a good player by bringing out the talent that he has in abundance.

Clark told the Birmingham Mail: 'Why sign him? Because he's a fantastic talent.

'What he needs to do is get playing on that pitch, start enjoying his football and showing everyone the ability he has got.

'In the mould we are playing, Ravel will fit in and I'm sure will excite our supporters very much.'
