Blues Looking Closely At Defender

Birmingham City look to be favourites to snap up Southend United's Bilel Mohsni, according to reports.

The French defender is hot stuff at the moment and he wants to move away from Roots Hall, there have been a number of clubs interested in a loan deal but at the moment he is training with Birmingham according to Sky Sports

The 25 year old has spent time with West Ham who made an offer of 150,000 for his services but that was rejected.

From there he went to Ipswich Town who offered him an extended stay, but the player knocked that back.

Birmingham are looking to sort out a loan deal but it looks like they will have to move a player on first.
