Mark Haywood In Charge Of Millwall Clash

Unless there is a late change, the referee for Wednesday night's game against Millwall will be Mark Haywood of West Yorkshire.

He took charge of his last Birmingham Game on 2nd October last season when he was the man in the middle for Blues fine 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

On that Sunday, there were two yellow cards shown, one for each side which was Matt Derbyshire and Liam Ridgewell.

This season Haywood has taken charge of nine games in all competitions and has handed out 17 yellow cards but is yet to show the red. This is well down on last season at this time when he went on to show 102 yellows for the season but again, no reds.
