Lee Clark Wants Longer Lita Stay

Birmingham City boss Lee Clark is looking into the chances of extending his loan spell at the club from Swansea City.

The 27 year old has now notched three goals since joining on loan and Saturday's cracker was his best so far, now Clark sees Lita as a good way forward for City who have got to start producing more wins.

Lita still has six weeks of his current three month deal to run, but Clark wants to waste no time in trying to secure the striker for longer.

'We are working on trying to keep him,' said Clark to Sky Sports.

'He is on loan until mid-December so he has to go back for a couple of weeks but his future is something we are pursuing.'
