Portsmouth Step In For Blues Striker

Portsmouth Step In For Blues Striker

Birmingham City striker Jake Jervis has gone out yet again on loan, this time he has gone to the south coast to join up with Portsmouth.

The 21-year-old has already been out on six loans, the latest was a spell at Tranmere Rovers where he made five appearances and weighed in with a goal.

The loans are doing the youngster good as they are developing his game while making sure he gets match time under his belt.

Portsmouth manager Guy Whittingham is looking for more goals from his league one outfit and sees Jervis as being just the sort of player that will be able to help them out.
