'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Jervis Has A Parting Dig.

Birmingham City striker Jake Jervis is set to move to Turkish side Elazigspor, but could not resist having a bit of a dig before he goes.

The 21-year-old has decided to take up the offer of football in Turkey after being frozen out of the Birmingham side by manager Lee Clark.

But he leaves telling fans that City are in a mess and are going to struggle with battles financially and on the pitch with the threat of relegation hanging over their heads.

He tweeted: 'Thanks for all the messages of support really appreciate it pity the club in such bad state fans deserve more hopefully can sort yaself out!

'Wish bcfc the best of luck and hope there seasons goes well weather under Clark or not.'

Not so much a dig as speaking the truth and being straight with the fans I think.
