Clark Gets A Boost Ahead Of Forest Clash

Birmingham goalkeeper Jack Butland joined Stoke City on deadline day but will be between the sticks for the game against Nottingham Forest this weekend.

The 19 year old was sold to the otters to help the finances at St Andrews and Stoke agreed to let Butland return to City until the end of the season.

As well as Butland taking part, new signing Wes Thomas looks set to make his debut after joining Blues from Bournemouth on loan until the end of the season.

Another boost for Clark is that Chris Burke, Marlon King and Curtis
Davies are all still City players until at least the next transfer window after bids for all three were turned down by the club.

That was the ideal thing to do with Butland and good show Stoke for making it happen. Was surprised when we hung onto the others.

Wonder who is paying Butlnd's wages now he is back, us or his parent club?
