New Keeper Keen To Start

New Keeper Keen To Start

Darren Randolph won't be taking a summer break this year so that he will be ready to start training with Birmingham City in preparation for the new season.

Blues have just picked the goalkeeper up on a free transfer after his current contract with Hibernian ran out.

At the moment the player is away with the Ireland squad and when he has done with that, he won't be bothering with a holiday.

He told reporters: 'I'll go back to Dublin for a few days then head over to Birmingham. To be honest I can't wait to get started.'
