Birmingham Announce Nicolites As Shirt Sponsor

The Company are a Birmingham based company who manufacture electronic cigarettes, their logos will be found on all kits for the duration of next season; those kits are now made my Diadora.

The company were quoted by Sports Pro's site, "As a Birmingham-based company we are proud to be able to support Birmingham City FC as the club and fans look forward to a successful season both on and off the pitch. We have grown our business in the city, invested in the region and created jobs. This new partnership demonstrates our commitment to the West Midlands region and to one of its largest football clubs.'

Nicolites are one of the companies that have welcomed the recent decision to make electronic cigarettes classed as medicines, this means they will be subjected to much more rigorous testing before they can reach the market. The company also launched its marketing campaign 'Kick Butt' in January which saw big investment from the firm.

Smoking is such a sensitive topic for many people, are you happy to see a company that offers an alternative to smoking on our shirts? Leave your response below!
