Caldwell Makes Switch Permanent

Caldwell, now 32, has signed a two and a half year deal with the Canadian team. With a contract so long for a player of his age it is no wonder to see him happy there.

Speaking to MLSsoccer.com - "I still feel like I have got a lot of football left in me. I feel really good physically and mentally. Hopefully I can be a success in the years that I am here and possibly longer, as long as my body feels good."

Steven Caldwell has played for 8 teams before Toronto, making only more league appearances for Burnley over the 77 league appearances for Birmingham.
