Blog: A Blue Deadline Day

Blog: A Blue Deadline Day

Now I know you are not going to want to hear this but the key buzz word for Birmingham's deadline day is - Nothing.

That's what I would expect anyway, that is not to say something might happen - after all this is football! but it is never the less very unlikely.

Clark has reminded us all week that his hands are tied and there is nothing he can do, and with numbers on the ground wearing thin, that is not what anyone wants to hear.

How ever, Lovenkrands could go, King has gone ..

MAYBE a loan deal can be done, and maybe even two (look how crazy I'm getting) but I am guessing this will have to be on the charity of other clubs.

What do I mean by charity? no loan fee, no or little wage contribution, however deals like that mean the player can be recalled at the drop of a hat ... just like we did to Shrewsbury last week.
