Forssell Hoping To Capitalise

Mikael Forssell will be hoping to capitalise and regain his place in the team following the injury to Nicklas Bendtner.

Forssell has seen himself relegated to fourth choice striker since the arrival of the young Arsenal 'star'.

Bendtner earlier last week angered both Arsenal and Blues fans by claiming that he was good enough for their bench and wouldn't return unless it was for a place on it.

This has led a number of fans to question his commitment to Blues and more importantly question whether Bruce should be prepared to lose Forssell when Bendtner quite clearly thinks he is capable of better than us.

After the Denmark v Northern Ireland goalless draw the youngster has picked up a knee injury and is a severe doubt for this weekends match against Luton Town.

This leaves both Bruce and the Forse with an opportunity to repair any bridges should they wish!
