Geoff Eltringham In Charge Of Leeds Clash.

Unless there is a very late change, the referee for tomorrow's game at home to Leeds United is Geoff Eltringham.

The County Durham based official last took charge of a Birmingham game in August lat season when he was the man in the middle for our trip to Hillsborough to take on Sheffield Wednesday.

Blues lost the game 3-2 even though they scored two very late goals through Nikola Zigic and Marlon King. Yellow cards were shown to Sheffield's Rodri and Birmingham's Zigic. No players were sent off.

That season Eltringham showed 78 yellow cards and nine red cards from 34 games.

This season has seen Eltringham take charge of 28 games so far, he has shown 89 yellow and six red cards. Two red cards coming in his last two games.

Running the lines on Saturday will be Ian Crouch and Keith Lawson while the fourth official will be David Phillips.

Likes showing red cards but there's far worse refs for yellows.

Free tickets available for tomorrow for season ticket holders, in my opinion they should open the gates for anyone to walk in.
