Blues Sign Two More Players

Birmingham City have made defenders David Edgar and Gavin Gunning their latest new signings.

Canadian Edgar, 27, can also play in midfield and has made 23 appearances for his country, Gunning is a former Republic of Ireland under-21.

Edgar arrives at St Andrews on a two year deal from Burnley where he has been since 2009, making 115 appearances.

Gunning starts a one year deal on July 1, he arrives from Scottish outfit Dundee United where he spent three years making 99 appearances.

That moves the total of summer signings onto six with Jonathan Grounds, Stephen Gleeson, Grant Hall and Wes Thomas already in Blues kits next season.
