Bendtner Set To Stay For Season

Arsene Wenger has said that Bendtner can stay for the season if he wants.

Speaking to Arsenal's official site he said:

'He is on loan for six months at the moment and normally he should stay for the whole season.

'I wanted to give him on loan for the season but he only wanted to go for six months.

'I will see how he feels after December.

'But he was born in 1988 so I feel a whole year of experience in the Championship is a very interesing post-academy education.

'It is fantastic for a young boy like him.'
