Panos Pavlakis resigns

Birmingham City have this morning announced that Panos Pavlakis has resigned from his position on the club's Board of Directors.

Subsequently, that also means that he has given up his position on the Birmingham City Ladies Board of Directors.

Following the sacking of Gary Rowett and the appointment of Gianfranco Zola, many fans were calling for Pavlakis to resign and he has done so now.

The board have wished him all the best as he goes on to pursue other projects.

A bit harsh wanting him to go I think ..after drinking with other bluenoses and showing great support for the club in bad times ...Once a bluenose always a bluenose.. lets hope he feels that now he has given up his post and still turns up at stans...best of luck in the future Pav ...kro

Well he did drop a clanger sacking Rowett and bringing in Zola but He did good and bad things he is only human but to let personal issues sway your judgement in business is wrong and had he not resigned he most likely would have been removed. Shame but no Biggy.
