Birmingham head to Kidderminster to continue their pre-season preparations following a forced training game last week.
Lee Clark looks set to put on a more competitive match tactic with players producing closer to 90 minutes than in previous games. It is also possible that he will be using a 4-4-2 at some stage.
Kidderminster will also be hoping to be gaining fitness and tactical advancement as the start of their season draws nearer. They usually finish in the top half of the Conference.
Clark on the official site 'We will obviously see how the games goes in terms of what we do with players and if they are getting towards producing 90 minutes - a fair few of them will, to be honest with you.'
Kidderminster manager has not yet commented.
Paul Robinson and Jonathan Spector are both rested as a precaution.
Clark revealed that Robinson is on a modified training schedule to help maximise the amount of game time they can get out of him this season.
Spector has a groin problem that just won't go away, they are being very careful with him at this stage.
Brown is developing quite a positive pre-season portfolio and if he can continue to get some play under his belt he may well be worth keeping an eye on.
Not yet available.
- Blues may try 2 upfront for the first time this season
- Blues and Kidderminster have a loan relationship that has seen many players go to the Harriers from Blues
Blues should be too much for Kidderminster in this one, and if Blues try the 2 up front I would say there is a good chance there will be plenty of goals.
