'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Clark's View - Cardiff away

Birmingham manager Lee Clark was visibly disappointed that his side were beaten by Cardiff last night but still looked towards the positives.

Craig Bellamy gave the Bluebirds the lead and Leroy Lita gave the visitors hope when he found an equaliser.

But Mark Hudson grabbed what proved to be the winner and in turn took Cardiff to the top of the Championship.

The defeat leaves City lacking any consistency and as such, they take up a lowly 18th place, but Clark still looks at the win over Brighton and feels confident things will get better.

Speaking to Sky Sports News he said: 'The performance was there again. The last two games I've seen bright signs - our performances have been good.

'We've come to two very tough places and been more in the game. We've handled the opposition very well and I certainly feel we should have got something from this game, which would have been two positive results.

'I think we deserved something from the game. I thought we played well and we just got a bit unlucky. The goals are disappointing from our point of view but I feel we deserved at least a point.'

Thanks for the 3 points...You can get rid of Clark now if you want, because I can't in my wildest dreams see him still being in charge/"YOUR LEADER" when you come to ours, and from here on in all he will be doing is gifting points to our (Towns) opponents in the meantime ...All the posts that ive read so far on this site from my fellow Town fans have been accurate in their predictions,eg:,inconsistancy, reverting to 4-5-1,no plan B,etc etc IMO.. . I have nothing personaly against brum, and never have had...I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best now for the rest of the season...Yours in sport 80s Terrier...Over and out..

You're right mate, the tit is absolutely useless and I fear we did not get the right man for the job when he applied. Todays game was utter crap if you were a bluenos and its begginning to sink in that the man is a knob. Good luck to you for the rest of the season, you lot are alright.

Thanks blue bloke.Ditto 80s.Hope you can afford to pay him up,and in the meantime that he doesnt get chance to waste any more of your precious money. If our chairman hadnt had bottomless pockets im sure he would have banked us within the first 12 months with the signings he made.Having said that he did buy Jordan Rhodes.Thing is he buys loads of players but hasnt got a clue what to do with any of them. All the best, chin up.
