Aleksandr Hleb: Where is he?

Hleb moved to Barcelona in 2008 and the move destroyed his career. As a young player at Arsenal Hleb excelled and after making 90 appearances for the North London club he made his big move to Barca.

Understandably he was unable to break into their midfield, much like Fabregas is right now and it resulted in him being loaned to Blues and several other Clubs.

Hleb is now 32 years old, he plays for the club he originally started at as a boy BATE Borisov and despite being able to claim to have accumulated over 20 million in transfer fees, he has faded into the background.

He made 19 appearances for Birmingham in 2010, failing to make any impact in a team that really did not suit his style of play.
