Mike Jones Refs Saturday's Game

Mike Jones Refs Saturday's Game
Saturday's game at Loftus Road against Queens Park Rangers will see referee Mike Jones take charge.

The Chester based referee has been in charge of two games so far this season and has shown 6 yellow cards and a red. And when you look back at last season and see he dished out 85 yellow and three red, you can see that he is not a referee who likes to show cards for every foul that goes on during play.

You have to look back to Weds 20 April 2011 to see the last time Jones took charge of a Birmingham game and that was a 3-1 away defeat at Chelsea. Just the one card was shown, that went to Stuart Parnaby.

If you like flags, you will positively drool at the news that Ronald Ganfield and Ian Hussin are Jones' assistants. And the Fourth Official will be Frederick Graham.
