Poll Result: Do Birmingham Need Another Striker?

Poll Result: Do Birmingham Need Another Striker?

Birmingham City are interested in signing Donny Jonestone, a young striker who has been training with the team this past week.

We asked you if you thought Birmingham could do with a new addition up front and here are the results.

Do Birmingham need another striker?
Yes - 94%
No - 3%
Undecided - 3%

That is an overwhelming result. One I wouldn`t argue with. Birmingham currently have Novak, Thomas and Donaldson available and Green is yet to come back from injury.

Blues could do with one more as Green is going to need some time to get match fit and the team could suffer an injury in the meantime. Novak also isn`t exclusively a striker and may be deployed elsewhere, meaning Clark has less options up front than first thought.

One more point would be that Clark is hoping to deploy two strikers in home games and ideally that means we would like at least two strikers sat on the bench with a formation like that, just so he can change it or cope with an injury.

We need new owners! then we can sign people that aren't willing to play for next to nothing just to get a shot at playing in the championship
